As Covid-19 cases continue to decline and the demand for 1st, 2nd, and booster vaccinations level out, the Wheeling-Ohio County Health Department will begin to adjust testing and vaccination services.

The Wheeling-Ohio County Health Department will continue to hold free COVID-19 testing clinics Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at the former OVMC (VPC South parking lot, 2000 Eoff Street, Wheeling) from 9:00am to 3:30pm.

COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics will be held at the Wheeling-Ohio County Health Department at 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling from 9:00am to 11:00am and 1:00pm to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday.  Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson/Jannssen vaccines are available.  First, Second and Booster, as well as 5 - 11 year old vaccinations are available.  Walk-ins welcome, no appointment necessary.  The Vaccination Center at The Highlands is now closed.

Individuals who are home-bound can call the Wheeling-Ohio County Health Department to schedule a home COVID-19 vaccination visit.  Ohio County residents can call (304) 234-3682 to set up an appointment and vaccination type.

Wheeling Health Right reports that they will continue to perform COVID-19 testing and vaccinations at 61 - 29th Street, Wheeling, Monday through Friday 8:30am to 3:00pm.  No appointment necessary.
