This community service is provided by OCSWA with the generous support of the City of Wheeling & Village Employees as well as community volunteers.  Thier efforts are greatly appreciated.

  • Ohio County Residents Only/Residentual Use Only.  Proof of residency required.
  • Sites will be continuously monitored
  • NO SCAVENGING or Dump Trucks Permitted
  • No Unattended Dumping
  • All Items Must Be Landfill Appropriate
