The Ohio County Public Service District advises that there is a major water line break in the area of West Liberty University area of Ohio County.  Areas affected are:  Pond Lane; Tierra; Deerfield: Bells Lane; Oglebay Drive; Northfolk; Bells Lane; Burnt Mills; and all of West Liberty and Bethany.  Customers should boil water for 48 hours after service is restored.
